This video shows the headlamp collimator DRL machining process. WayKen uses 5-axis CNC machining technology to produce high-precision automotive lighting prototypes for our customers. To meet optical performance requirements, we use high-precision tools with a cutting radius of R0.1-0.15mm for optical surfaces. Additionally, by optimizing machining parameters, we achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.2-0.4μm and maintain a surface tolerance of ±0.05mm, ensuring excellent light diffusion and distribution in the headlamp collimator DRL.
As a professional rapid prototyping manufacturer, WayKen is committed to providing precision, high-quality prototypes with fast delivery, helping customers validate performance and structural feasibility during product development.
